ORDER ACCEPTANCE.
Currently, we accept orders only from the website or in the store. Sorry, we do not accept orders by Phone or by Email.
All quotes and proforma invoices can be generated on the website by putting the products in the shopping cart and clicking checkout.
PAYMENT TERMS.
All payments must be received by us in our bank (cleared funds), before we can send the product(s). Currently we accept four forms of Payments.
1) CASH ON PICK-UP:
Cash at the Stores in Auckland Central
In addition to accepting the cash, We accept EFTPOS cards.
Please note that this is different from "Cash on Delivery ( COD)" - payment at the time of delivery at your place. We do not accept COD.
2) DIRECT DEPOSIT OR BANK TRANSFER:
As the name suggests, a customer deposits the order total in a bank branch.
All deposits or bank transfers should be accompanied by the "Order no." (same as tax invoice No.) as the Reference and additionally (if possible), purchaser's Last Name. Otherwise, the payment can not be acknowledged and products will not be sent. In such situations you must sign-in on our website and click on your order history and click View. You can send comments or questions from the bottom of the page. Only these comments are acted upon and usually in 2-3 business days
3)BANK CHEQUE / MONEY ORDER:
Customers can buy a Bank cheque from a bank or write a cheque or send money through Money order from a Post shop.
Product delivery through this method is subject to receipt of the money (cleared fund) in our bank account. Usually, it takes 10 working days after we deposit the cheque in the bank. Products will be sent after this time. We do not suggest this method of payment, if you are in a hurry.
4)CREDIT CARD SEEN AT STORE only.
We accept VISA and MASTER Credit Cards only. All Credit Card transactions are done at the store only. Currently we do not process "card- not- seen" transactions.
All prices are quoted Cash prices with a discount of 3% already, Credit cards are not eligible for the discount. Hence all credit card transactions are charged 3 % extra.
DELIVERY TERMS.
If products are in stock and if payment is identified as cleared funds in our bank account, Products are sent 1-2 days after receiving your payment. You have two choices of Courier companies to get the product delivery. Please note that we do not have any control over the courier companies' delivery times.
Option -1
NZ COURIERS ( Post Haste for South Island box deliveries) - Fast, reliable and your parcel can be tracked from our website. Most of the deliveries are done same day or overnight. Some bulkier items like Monitor and case, to South Island, would take 2-3 business days.
Option -2
ORDINARY COURIERS - Slightly Cheaper but takes 3-5 working days or more to deliver. Track & trace can not be done from our website or from their website. Even their records are updated only after the product is delivered.
If a package is lost in transit then it takes about 3-5 weeks to track or claim for insurance.

$4.95 first item, $3.95 each additional.
*Packaging & Delivery - Auckland by NZ Courier,usually overnight, fast and reliable -
$5.95 first item, $3.95 each additional.
*Packaging & Delivery - North Island by NZ Courier,usually 1-2 days, fast and reliable -
$7.95 first item, $5.95 each additional.
*Packaging & Delivery - South Island by NZ Courier,usually 2-3days, fast and reliable -
$8.95 first item, $6.95 each additional.
*Packaging & Delivery - South Island,by Ordinary Couriers, takes 3-5 working days -
$7.95 first item, $5.95 each additional.
*Packaging & Delivery - North Island,by Ordinary Couriers, takes 3-5 working days -
$5.95 first item, $4.95 each additional.
* GST is charged extra on the above P & D charges. All delivery times shown are indicative only and we do not guarantee that items will be delivered within the delivery target.There is no Saturday Delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays in the delivery.
There will be a $ 2.50 per item Packaging cost( For out of Town pickup) in case you want to pick up the order through your own freight forwarder.
Auckland charges are LIMITED to the Auckland Council area. Any area beyond this is charged the North Island charges.
Eg: Upto Manukau in the south, upto Upper Harbour Bridge in North. Upto Henderson in West and Howick in East. NO RD or SH.
Expected Delivery time.
If you deposit the order total with order no. as reference immediately after you get the product availability Email.
Then, 1-2 business days after receiving your payment we send the product, if it still remains in the stock at this time.( please note that due to the dynamic nature of the computer market, we do NOT reserve any product against an order unless the payment is received in full. Therefore, sometimes the product may get sold out before we receive your payment, inspite of confirming you the product availability immediately after we receive your order. This happens in about 2% - 3% of the orders.)
Now add the Courier time of 1-5 business days depending on the destination and the courier company. |
